Terry Naturally Introduces CuraMed Brain

Targeted ingredients support mental agility, focus and clarity.

EuroPharma, Inc., Green Bay, WI, makers of the Terry Naturally brand of dietary supplements, has announced the launch of CuraMedBrain.

Like the other members of the CuraMed supplement family, CuraMed Brain contains BCM-95 Curcumin, the most clinically studied, enhanced absorption curcumin on the market today, according to the company. CuraMed’s patented absorption process is the only one that combines turmeric essential oil containing ar-turmerones with high purity curcumin for expanded benefits. Curcumin has been shown to play a significant role in brain health by supporting neurogenesis (the creation of new brain cells), slowing free radical damage, and balancing overall brain activity. Other ingredients in the formula include vitamin D, which works synergistically with curcumin, and Spanish sage oil and rosemary oil (often referred to as the “Herb of Remembrance”) to support healthy levels of acetylcholine, an important brain neurotransmitter involved in focus and neural communication.

“Keeping the brain healthy is always important, but especially so as we age. Brain cells can be damaged by oxidative stress, so preventing that damage is a crucial role for curcumin, which is extracted from the herb turmeric. Curcumin has also been shown to significantly impact factors related to brain health. The form we use in CuraMed Brain has several human studies exploring these factors,” said Terry Lemerond, founder and president of EuroPharma, Inc.

“I feel it is very important to carefully consider the type of curcumin you choose for brain support. In my opinion, the best form in the world is BCM-95. It crosses the blood-brain barrier, and is much better absorbed than standard curcumin. In fact, you would have to take up to 500 capsules of turmeric to achieve the blood levels of curcumin used in CuraMed Brain,” said Mr. Lemerond.
