Quality of Life Labs LLC (QOL), Purchase, NY, has acquired the rights to the “Perfect Smile” brand and the patent license for the use of MicroActive CoQ10 in oral care products from Worcester, MA-based Bioactives LLC, a developer of highly bioavailable nutritional ingredients for supplement and personal care products. 
 
The product line consists of a full range of functional oral care products enhanced with water-soluble, sustained-release MicroActive CoQ10, including toothpastes, mouthwash and chewing gums. The co-branded products will be sold as a part of the Quality of Life line in the health food, natural grocery and healthcare professional channels. 
 
The Perfect Smile alcohol-free mouthwash containing MicroActive CoQ10, xylitol, vitamin C and zinc with the newly redesigned packaging will be launched by Quality of Life at the upcoming Natural Products Expo East trade show in Baltimore, MD taking place September 18 – 20.
