OmniActive Health Technologies has announced the appointment of Amit Chopra as its new president and CEO.
 
Chopra has served in various leadership positions in general management, commercial, manufacturing, mergers and acquisitions, and innovation. Most recently, he served as managing director for India and South Asia at biotechnology company Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he built a leadership team, improved customer experience, and integrated multiple Indian and global acquisitions. Prior to this, he had several leadership roles with ICI in India and Asia Pacific.
 
Chopra has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi, India, and an MBA in marketing and finance from XLRI Jamshedpur, India.
