Om Mushroom Superfood, a company specializing in functional mushroom powders, beverages, and supplements, recently launched Morning Energy Blend, available in 30-count packaging and a 10-count box of single-serve sachets. The formula is designed to provide a caffeine-free energy boost as an alternative to coffee or tea.
 
The formula contains two species of cordyceps, vitamin D2 sourced from Agaricus bisporus, Lion’s Mane, Turkey Tail, King Trumpet, Reishi, and Chaga. The blend is designed to support immune function, focus, and mood. Each serving contains 30 calories and one gram of sugar, with no added sweeteners, or artificial flavors and colors. Like many of Om’s products, Morning Energy Blend is USDA Certified Organic, certified Kosher, vegan, and gluten-free. The beverage is usable in eight ounces of cold or hot water, milk, or a milk alternative, and is flavored with vanilla chai and hints of carob and spices.
 
Morning Energy Blend will be featured in Om’s new biodegradable canister format that it unveiled for its functional beverages in September. The packages, designed to minimize environmental impact, are made using 40% less plastic and 100% recycled content paperboard.
