HORN, La Mirada, CA, has hired Christine Minor as senior account manager to serve HORN FoodTech’s Southern California customers. Ms. Minor joins HORN with 26 years of expertise in food, beverage and nutritional ingredient sales.

Prior to joining HORN, Ms. Minor was a business development manager at DSM Nutritional Products. Throughout her career, she consistently displayed ingredients sales success as a top performer at notable companies including ACH Foods, Cargill, Ocean Nutrition Canada and Nellson Nutraceutical. Her vast technical knowledge spans a wide range of applications from bakery to confections to nutritional bars and beverages. Ms. Minor’s familiarity with the Southern California territory also provides an advantage as she attends to the needs of food technologists and formulators in a key market for HORN.
