“Consumer demand for non-GMO ingredients and products is growing. We are delighted to achieve Non-GMO Project Verification for our probiotic yeast Biootic because this label represents an additional assurance to our partners and customers about the non-GMO origin of Biootic and demonstrates Gnosis’ continuous commitment to safety and transparency. This distinctive label is a competitive advantage for our customers because they can provide a higher level of trust to their customers, meeting US market demands to have cleaner labels,” said Silvia Pisoni, marketing manager of Gnosis.
