AIDP has announced that it will distribute mushroom extracts, powders, and blends from Sempera Organics, a California-based company.
 
Sempera organics grows and processes 25 species and over 120 strains in a vertically integrated production facility. The company has developed blends under the CORE line, which target cognition, immunity, beauty-from-within, microbiome, performance nutrition, and mental wellness.
 
Sempera’s mushroom powders are available in multiple mesh sizes, suitable for capsules, gummies, softgels, beverages, functional foods, and powder formats. The mushroom ingredients will complement AIDP’s functional food ingredient portfolio of plant proteins, greens, and herbs.
 
Sempera has developed unique green chemistry and clean extraction technologies to capture full-spectrum, water-soluble polysaccharides and water-insoluble triterpenes and sterols, dependent on the mushroom species.

Sempera’s production facility was recently SQF Level 2 and cGMP certified. Additionally, the products are DNA-tested, USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project verified, vegan, kosher, and gluten-free. The ingredients are standardized for beta glucans, and are subject to stringent standards of quality on microbials and heavy metals.
