Deerland Enzymes, Kennesaw, GA, an international enzyme-based dietary supplement formulator and contract manufacturer, has announced several new hires and promotions within the company.
Gary Winfield has been named as the company’s new product manager, bringing more than 30 years of experience in business management and product marketing to the position. Prior to joining Deerland Enzymes, Mr. Winfield led the powders and additives business for CYTEC, Inc.
Blake Hall has been hired to the position of product development formulator. Mr. Hall will be responsible for new product development and custom formulations.
Also, the company’s former demand planner, Jeremy Sciranko, has been promoted to purchasing manager.
Shakira Phillips has been promoted from her role as inventory cost analyst to materials manager, and will lead the demand planning for all customer orders. A four-year veteran of Deerland Enzymes, Ms. Phillips brings experience from working across many different facets of the company.
