Jim Griffiths, Ph.D., has been appointed vice president, Scientific and International Affairs by the Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN), Washington, D.C.. With 25 years of experience in food safety and regulatory affairs, Dr. Griffiths most recently worked with the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP), where he managed various food and dietary supplement strategic initiatives.
