Tahitian Noni International (TNI), Provo, UT, has formed a new executive management team to lead its worldwide operations. Firstly, the company has appointed Robert Johnson executive vice president. All TNI vice presidents will report to Mr. Johnson, who will be responsible for the Japan and greater China markets. In other developments, Jeff Hill has been appointed vice president of sales and marketing; Charlie Smith has been appointed vice president of operations; Seth Miller has been promoted to vice president of global markets; Randall Smith will continue as vice president and CFO of Morinda Holdings, Inc. (TNI’s parent company), but will also assume supervisory responsibilities for commissions and information systems at TNI; and finally, Richard Rife will continue to serve as vice president and general counsel for Morinda Holdings, also assuming supervisory responsibilities for compliance and regulatory affairs at TNI.
