Barry Callebaut has introduced a range of chocolate products that offer an improved, rebalanced nutritional profile. Rebalanced chocolate contains more dietary fiber, less sugar (or zero sugar) and less fat, without compromising taste, texture and mouthfeel. In the eight months since starting the rebalanced chocolate program, the company has launched more than 80 projects with customers to co-develop chocolate applications with an improved nutritional profile.
