Food marketers can find out why consumers buy low-carb foods with the new “Low Carb Pulse” report recently released by Fourscore & five LLC, Manville, NJ. The report is based on a recent on-line study that identifies who and what is driving the purchase of low carbohydrate foods. According to the “Pulse”, there are six distinct low-carb populations with different profiles that want to be targeted with different product benefits.
