Hodgson Mill, Effingham, IL, has extended its line of products with three new baking mixes. Multi Grain Buttermilk Pancake Mix with Milled Flax Seed & Soy is made with stone-ground wheat flour containing the grain’s nutrients and fiber and the mix has the nutty flavor of the company’s Milled Flax Seed, which is rich in omega 3 oils. The Multi Grain Pancakes also contains 6.25 grams of soy protein per serving in the form of roasted soy chips. Whole Wheat Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix is also formulated with the company’s Milled Flax Seed and contains 450 mg of omega 3 oils, in addition to 4 grams of fiber per serving. Lastly, Rich & Delicious Whole Wheat Brownie Mix with Milled Flax Seed also contains 450 mg of omega 3 oils per serving, in addition to whole grain nutrients and fiber.
