IFP, Inc. Provides Applications Presentations & Plant Tour at 14th Annual Industrial Workshop on Microencapsulation
(June 17, 2016) Innovative Food Processors, inc. (IFP) is pleased to co-sponsor the Industrial Workshop on Microencapsulation to be held on August 17-18, 2016 in Minneapolis. The two-day interactive workshop will include presentations on state-of-the-art microencapsulated ingredients as well as evolving processing techniques. The workshop features product demonstrations and tastings, as well as two plant tours including IFP’s Faribault, MN fluid-bed powder processing and retail powder packaging plant.
The workshop offers attendees an opportunity to interact and network with applications and processing experts to gain better understanding of specific challenges and state-of- the-art solutions. Workshop goals are to build relationships, bring specific challenges to processing experts, and move the industry forward.
This year’s workshop features expert speakers from both the commercial and academic sectors including: James Oxley - Southwest Research, Bob Sobel - FONA Intn’l, Marc Meyers - Mondelez Intn’l, Willie Hendrickson - Aveka, Alice Wilkinson - Watson, Inc., and Tom Tongue - IFP, Inc.
