The Role
The Regional Field Sales Manager will oversee sales and business development of our clinical line of products in the Pacific Northwest. Starting in CA, San Diego and San Francisco, and managing territory expansion as required and directed. As a member of the sales team, you will work closely with colleagues and the marketing team to execute strategy and provide input and feedback based on information gathered from the field. The key areas of focus are: execute and continue development of a territory strategy that will align with corporate objectives, work with established leads and continue to expand our reach by searching out new opportunities, educate and provide an unmatched level of service to our practitioners and ensure attainment of sales goals and targets.

The Role

Responsibilites
- Achieve sales goals through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Achieve established reach and frequency objectives for target clinicians.
- Effectively utilize resources to increase relationships and awareness of Phivida products and enhance professional development, e.g. promotional speaker programs, mentorships, peer-to peer etc.
- Leverage product/technical knowledge and sales skills.
- Consistently influence customer use of Phivida products by delivering tailored messages.
- Differentiate Phivida products from competitors.
- Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis.
- Team with and work cross-functionally within the company and assigned region as well as any co-promotion partners.
- Effectively manage sales budget and field related expenses as per company guidelines.
- Manage administrative duties independently, timely and with accuracy.
- Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with your clients.
- Attend meetings, training, conferences and sales events as required.
- Complete required number of peer to peer continuing medical education programs quarterly.
- Ensure completion of weekly sales reports.
- Participation in quarterly departmental performance reviews and semi-annual 360 performance reviews.
- Performs all duties in keeping with the Company's core values, policies and all applicable regulations.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Willingness to travel up to 60% (dependent on geography) – air travel and automobile, as required.
- Work effectively independently and as a member of a team.
- Expertise in various computer software programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Demonstrated track record of success as a sales representative.
- Geographic knowledge of territory strongly preferred.
- BA/BS degree required and 2-5 years of nutraceutical, specialty pharma and/or medical device and/or medical diagnostics sales experience.
- Experience in successfully managing all aspects of a sales territory.
- Geographic knowledge of marketplace strongly preferred.
- Implementation of product launch plan is desired.
- Experience working with CRM (Salesforce, Zoho or similar).
- Self motivated, ambitious and flexibility to adapt to fast changing environments.
