Bon Secour Valley Ingredients (BSVI), a new venture of the Woerner Companies, is expanding its business by focusing on the dehydration of fruits and vegetables. This growth is supported by their investment in BatchMaster ERP with SAP Business One to drive quality and efficiencies throughout the manufacturing process. BSVI’s focus on sustainable agriculture will extend shelf life to bring a variety of products with healthy nutritional value ‘from the farm to the home.’ By embracing technology, BSVI is partnering with BatchMaster to provide the best-fit ERP solution to accompany this endeavor.
“Before selecting an ERP solution, we talked with other companies and consultants to determine which solutions were applicable to our business,” states Paul White, IT manager for BSVI. “BatchMaster came highly recommended to us and we liked that the solution was fully embedded with SAP Business One, a quality, stable financial solution.” Mr. White added that BSVI will offer a wide range of products geared for many different vertical markets. “BatchMaster ERP can deliver the quality, efficiency and control needed to reach our goals,” added Mr. White.
Mr. White said the company’s new division will diversify the Woerner Companies focusing on sustainable agriculture to help minimize the waste of unused agriculture products and to deliver nutritious, all-natural food items. “We believe that utilizing a top-notch ERP system is key to our success, helping us to be more efficient and remain competitive. We look forward to partnering with BatchMaster in this new endeavor.”
