HP Ingredients,Bradenton, FL, has hired Blake Halversen as account executive, responsible for both sales and customer service.
In his role, Mr. Halversen will be delivering presentations, performing one-on-one sales and service meetings, and will assist in marketing and promotions as well as educational endeavors for brand marketers.
Mr. Halversen graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, beginning his executive career with a firm that was acquired by Morgan Stanley, thus elevating him to portfolio administrator. He switched to run his family's business brokerage in Florida in 2007, and joined HP Ingredients this year.
"Blake impressed us with his unwavering passion for exotic ingredients developed during his travels to Asia and Europe, as well as his many years studying culinary arts," said Annie Eng, CEO of HP Ingredients.
