France-based Lesaffre Group, a world leader in yeast and yeast derivatives for more than 150 years, has established a new business unit under the name Lesaffre Human Care. The new business unit will market yeast ingredients related to human health under the global trademark LYNSIDE. Lesaffre Human Care offers yeast-based vitamins and minerals, as well as yeast derivatives concentrated in nutritional actives. The diverse range of innovative ingredients is intended for manufacturers in the fields of dietary supplements, functional foods, cosmetics and clinical nutrition.
