As we go through the month of June, a lot of us within the food and beverage industry will be gearing up for IFT at the end of the month. Of course, many of us, or at least those such as myself with an aversion to any type of extreme heat, are also asking why Las Vegas at the end of June…? Nonetheless, it’s going to be a great show and we look forward to seeing old colleagues and meeting new ones.
 
With the heat in mind, and samples being at the heart of this show for many exhibitors, I thought I would share two of Fortitech’s past samples, along with their nutrient profiles. Both were hits with show attendees.

In addition to these samples, another application area where we see a significant amount of growth is powdered beverages. Typically these products contain between two and four nutrients at the most. However, we have designed a market-ready powdered beverage, which includes more than 10 nutrients that when added to bottled water creates portable, on-the-go nutrition.
